Tailgate Series: Bacon Deviled Eggs

Chef Anthony Marino shares another one of his favorite tailgate recipes: Bacon Deviled Eggs

Bacon deviled Eggs are the ultimate spin on deviled eggs. We only need a few ingredients you probably will already have in your refrigerator and spice cabinet: eggs, bacon, cheese, mustard, relish, mayo, sour cream, and spices!

Bacon Deviled Eggs

(Serves 12)


  • 6 eggs boiled and peeled
  • 8 slices bacon cooked and diced
  • ¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon relish
  • 1 teaspoon sweet smoky rub
  • 1 teaspoon honey garlic rub
  • 2 tablespoons mayo
  • ¼ teaspoon sour cream


  1. Slice eggs in half separating the yolks from the whites.
  2. Mash yolks and add mayo, relish, sour cream, bacon, cheese, relish, and spices
  3. Mix well and top into egg white part
  4. Chill until ready to serve
  5. Enjoy!
