Chef Anthony Marino shares another one of his favorite tailgate recipes: Bacon Deviled Eggs
Bacon deviled Eggs are the ultimate spin on deviled eggs. We only need a few ingredients you probably will already have in your refrigerator and spice cabinet: eggs, bacon, cheese, mustard, relish, mayo, sour cream, and spices!
Bacon Deviled Eggs
(Serves 12)
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs boiled and peeled
- 8 slices bacon cooked and diced
- ¼ cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon relish
- 1 teaspoon sweet smoky rub
- 1 teaspoon honey garlic rub
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- ¼ teaspoon sour cream
Directions:
- Slice eggs in half separating the yolks from the whites.
- Mash yolks and add mayo, relish, sour cream, bacon, cheese, relish, and spices
- Mix well and top into egg white part
- Chill until ready to serve
- Enjoy!
