by Don's Appliances

Chef Anthony Marino shares another one of his favorite tailgate recipes: Smoked Salmon Bacon Bombs

This week, we’re taking salmon, wrapping it in bacon, adding some smoky spice and taking it out to the Weber grill to make the ultimate tailgate tailgate appetizer.

  • 4 oz. BBQ Sauce

  3. Next, roll salmon with bacon, wrap tightly and place on grill in a grilling safe pan
  4. Assemble apple chips in foil and place on grill to pre-heat
