What's the average delivery time for an in-stock product?
The delivery time for an in-stock product is about 5-7 days.
What’s the average delivery time for a special order product?
The delivery time for a special order product is anywhere from two-eight weeks. We cannot be exact on delivery time because of shipping and delivery from our manufacturers.
I have extremely narrow doorways and I am unsure if my new refrigerator will fit, what should I do?
To ensure that your refrigerator will fit through your extremely narrow doorways, be sure to take measurements before shopping to ensure the one you like will fit. If you would prefer someone from Don’s to come out, prior to buying your appliances or having them installed, our Installation Specialists can come out to your home and measure for a $50 fee. If you decide you want to proceed and purchase appliances from us, the $50 is taken off of the purchase price.
Do you put together and deliver grills?
YES! We sell them at all of our 9 locations. Prior to having your grill delivered, we will have your grill built and ready to be installed. If you have or need any accommodations, please let us know beforehand to make the process smoother!
Do you do delivery and installations on Saturday’s and Sunday’s?
Our delivery and installation crew’s work Monday-Friday and even on Saturday’s! Sunday’s are for spending time with families or even relaxing by the pool! If you would prefer to have your appliances delivered on Saturday, let our scheduling team know and they will be more than happy to accommodate you!
Do you pay per appliance for installation?
Depending on if your appliances are going to be built-in or not will decide how much the installation fee will be. For all built-in refrigerators, ranges, ovens, etc. the installation cost varies. All regular ranges refrigerators, ovens, etc. are covered under the regular delivery fee of either 49.71 or 79.99 depending on the area you live in. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to your sales associate or any one of our installation team members.
