Do you hull away old mattresses? and am I able to pick up and install my own appliances? If so, where do I pick them up?” Since we're not limited to only a minute of blog writing (unlike the video Q&A!), here's more information!
When do I pay for my Delivery and Installation?
Depending on what you prefer, you can pay for your appliances when your purchase them from your sales associate. You can also pay over the phone by credit card or at your time of delivery, you can give the delivery and installation tech cash or a check.
Am I able to pick up and install my own appliances? If so, where do I pick them up?
Yes! You can pick up anything you buy at our product warehouse located at 90 Bilmar Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15205. To make sure we have the product ready for you as you arrive, please call our warehouse and let us know you're coming to make the process smoother!
Will I have a choice between a morning and an afternoon delivery?
Depending on where you live and how soon you want your appliances will decide whether or not you will get whichever you prefer. While we do try and accommodate all requests from our customers, sometimes routes change causing the schedules to get switches around. Prior to having your appliances installed, if you do have a preference about the delivery time, let your sales associate or one of our Delivery Customer Service Representatives know and we will try and work with you as best we can!
What’s the best grill to cook a well-done steak on?
According to Dan, no grill is good for cooking steak well done! But if you do prefer your steak cooked well done, we have many options such as the Napoleon, Weber, Wolf as well as many others! If you want to learn more about our grill options stop into one of our locations!
What is your delivery fee and does it include hulling away my old appliances?
To have your appliances delivered depending on where you live the fee is either $49.71 or $79.99. The $49.71 delivery charge includes all product drop off and installation of basic refrigerators, ranges, washers, and dryers. When we install a new appliance to your home, we will hull away the old appliances if you would like!
Do you hull away old mattresses?
Yes! Whenever we come to your home to install a new mattress, hulling away the old one is included with the delivery fee you pay at the time of purchase. If you have any accommodations, don’t forget to tell your sales associate allowing the installation and hull away process go as smooth as possible.
