Fruit Popsicles

Total Time: 8 hours
Ingredients

1 ½ cups watermelon, chopped into chunks

1/3 cup blueberries

1 kiwi
Instructions
1. Chop the watermelon chunks with a hand blender.
2. Scoop 1 ½ tbsp of blended watermelon into ice cream molds.
3. Add 2 to 3 blueberries to it.
4. Cover the ice-cream mold top.
5. Freeze for 20 minutes until a thin layer of the blended watermelon has set.
6. Refrigerate the blended watermelon until it is ready to be used again.
7. Repeat step 2 to 5 until almost reaching the rim of the mold.
8. Blend the kiwi with the hand blender.
9. Scoop 1 ½ tbsp of kiwi puree into the ice-cream mold to top as the last layer.
10. Freeze overnight. Serve frozen.
