“Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder” and Franke has certainly hit a home run with their new Crystal collection of sinks and faucets. Being a Swiss based company, many of Franke’s products are influenced by European design trends. Clean lines, combining glass and steel, and smooth incorporation into the countertop…we welcome this collection to the America design community.
A popular trend “across the pond” is having discrete drains, utilizing covers. Not only is it appealing to the eye, but gives your sink a smooth bottom, maximizing usable flat surface. The Crystal sinks come with a 6mm shatter proof black glass panel to conceal the drain hole; still allowing water to drain while in place. Black not your color? White and stainless are available for an additional charge. At this time there are three 16 gauge, single bowls available to accommodate 30”, 33”, and 36” base cabinets. Another plus to the single bowl is the ability to have either a right or left side drain. There is also one double bowl (with a high dam) for a 36” base cabinet. As with all Franke sinks, for an additional cost, there are accessories available i.e. bottom grid, colander, cutting board, and roller mat.
To compliment this beautiful sink, Franke has a coordinating one hole semi-pro style faucet. The faucet is 23-1/16” tall with detachable spray. This spray has a magnetic dock. You will have the ability to toggle to a full to a needle spray with a 1.75 flow rate. The Crystal faucet is available in all chrome, chrome with a white glass front, chrome with a black glass front, and all satin nickel.
