Broil King and Weber are probably the 2 largest grill manufacturers in the world with Weber being the largest by far. I used to believe that Weber was far superior but am not so sure now. Broil King has made some significant changes in recent years and is now very competitive. Broil King has a few options now for around the same price or lower such as cabinet doors on the front which keep the grill tools and any ingredients used for grilling out of the elements whereas Weber only has this on higher priced models. Broil King also has illuminated knobs on their medium priced models where Weber is on the higher priced models . Most Broil King models are manufactured in the United States now while the majority of Weber grills are now made in China. I had always expressed to customers that the Weber grills were made here and that went over quite well. I now believe that Broil King has made in roads that make them much more competitive with Weber.
