One of my absolute favorite appliances here at Don's is the Bosch coffee system. To be completely honest, I am not a 10 cup a day coffee drinker. If you know me, you already know I have enough energy to keep up with a 12 year old, so one cup of coffee is PLENTY. But, nothing beats starting off your day with the smell of a fresh cup of coffee. Especially, when you can customize your coffee preference.
The Bosch Built In Coffee System has 9 pre-programmed options to choose from. So, even if you're not a regular cup-of-joe person, the system has everything from Espresso to Latte Macchiatos. BUT if you're a frew frew coffee drinker, beware! If you like flavored coffee beans such as french vanilla, or pumpkin spice, this machine is not for you. Flavored coffee beans are too oily for the machine to process and grind properly and will damage the machine. This was definitely a transition for me because I have a huge love for Pumpkin Spiced Lattes come September. What I have learned to do is make a regular coffee or latte and add flavors to the drink such as creamers, and Torani syrups.
AND, you can set up your Bosch coffee system with Alexa. With new technology and Smart Appliances, having this unit WIFI capable is a complete game changer. Now you can control when you get your coffee from anywhere in your home. "Hey Alexa, Tell Bosch Home Connect Coffee System to make me a 8oz Caffe Latte."
If you don't drink coffee, don't be discouraged, you can get hot water at the push of a button for tea, hot chocolate, or oatmeal. In December at the Baum store, we set up a Hot Chocolate Bar, where customers could come in from the cold and have a choice of fresh Hot Chocolate from the live Bosch and add toppings to create their favorite Hot Chocolate. It was quite the hit! But, I love how easy it is to customize each cup and work in to everyone's lifestyle. It's like having Starbucks in your home! And, it saves time waiting in line.
