In today’s marketplace there are numerous places that one can go to buy appliances. This can make things confusing for the consumer, as there isn’t always a clear cut difference between some retailers in terms of what they offer and why they should buy from one company over another. When someone walks into a Don’s Appliances showroom for the first time it is apparent that they are in for a different experience. They will be quickly greeted by a knowledgeable sales associate who has the experience, background and training to help a customer select the appliances that are right for them. In cases where an appliance is needed immediately, Don’s has begun to offer same day/next day delivery on items that are in stock. This is truly a first, and something that puts Don’s miles ahead of competition. Upon seeing the Don’s delivery truck pull up the customer will be greeted by a professional appliance installer, not the employee of a trucking company. Don’s installers are the best trained and most skilled in the area, offering peace of mind during the installation process that the job is being done professionally and correctly. Our installers will test the appliances and make sure they are working and that the consumer is satisfied before leaving. A day or two after the installation the consumer will receive a follow up phone call or email from their salesperson, ensuring that they are satisfied with their purchase and leave no questions unanswered. An appliance purchase is typically not a small or insignificant one. It is a purchase made with the hopes that the product will last for a long time and perform as expected. Sometimes, as most people have experienced, appliances can be in need of service. Instead of calling a third party, or some call center far away from home, Don’s Appliances offers the largest independent service department in the area. We are able to schedule service quickly and effectively on purchased made at Don’s or elsewhere without having to wait weeks while being without something used every day. From there, they're ready to assist you with anything from a replacement appliance, to helping you find the perfect appliance package to compliment your dream kitchen. We are constantly going through training with brand representatives to help increase our sales knowledge to better serve the customer and update them with the latest and greatest.

After the appliance purchase comes the delivery and installation. We do not subcontract the delivery and installation team. They are Don's Appliances employees and are highly skilled and trained individuals. Don's Appliances also has specialized installers who can perform out of the ordinary jobs and tasks like cut counter tops and cabinets to accommodate your new appliances. And, unlike some of our competitors, we have a Pittsburgh based warehouse. If the product is in stock, we can offer a quick turnaround, even Same Day, Next Day delivery on in stock products! If a range or refrigerator is in stock and a local delivery, we can guarantee the appliance will be delivered by the next day!

From there, if the customer has any questions or concerns, we are always a phone call away. (Except on Sundays!) ​
