Rotisserie Round Steak & Pineapple Tailgate Sandwich

Ingredients
Rotisserie Steak & Pineapple:
- 2 ½ 3 lb round steak (top or bottom round)
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, sliced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Dry Rub:
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- Smoked paprika
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Cumin
- Chili powder
- Brown sugar
Crunchy Slaw:
- Green & red cabbage
- Carrots
- Red onion
- Herbs
Sauce for Slaw:
- Mayo
- Apple cider vinegar
- Honey
- Dijon mustard
Sandwich Assembly:
- Sandwich or hoagie rolls
- Sharp cheddar cheese
- Butter or olive oil
Method
- Season round steak generously with olive oil and dry rub. Rest 30 minutes.
- Preheat Thermador wall oven to 375 degrees on Rotisserie Roast.
- Secure steak on rotisserie spit and balance evenly.
- Cook 60 - 75 minutes until desired doneness (130-135 degrees medium rare)
- Add pineapple during last 20 - 25 minutes of cooking.
- Rest steak 15 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
- Toss slaw ingredients with dressing just before serving.
- Toast rolls, layer steak, pineapple, cheddar, and slaw.
- Serve warm and enjoy game day.
