In the middle of the pandemic, I ordered a refrigerator, stove and microwave on line. While the industry is at a crawl due to the pandemic, Don's was able to get us our microwave from stock and within the estimated time frame they were able to get us the balance of the order. Once both items were in, they reached out and were available to deliver within days, but were able to accommodate our schedule. The delivery crew brought our items in, moved our old refrigerator to our garage and took our old stove. Nothing was damaged (unlike our previous box store experiences) and the items were unpacked and set up. I would recommend Don's Appliances for anyone looking to buy. Also they have a tracking app that tells you when the delivery crew leaves the ware house, where you are in their schedule and were here within the time advised.
