Napoleon Prestige PRO 56" Stainless Steel Built In Grill
Is this one of the best grills out there on the market now? The Napoleon Prestige PRO 56" Stainless Steel Grill offers a new look to grilling with a few steps up in convenience. We are going to go over the features of this grill, why it’s different, and why you might want this grill in your back yard.
On the left we have the bigger side with a ton of space. The bottom rack is designed in waves instead of straight lines, to hopefully prevent your small food like vegetables or kabobs from falling into your grill. These bent grates also create a safer and easier heating zone.
The knobs to control your heat light up, so if you’re grilling at night, these are easier to see. There’s two different colors for these knobs which will indicate which burners are on and if they are hot or cold. The red means that that burner is on and hot, while blue tells you it’s off and still cold. There is also LED lighting on the inside of the grill for nighttime, so you can see your food at night while you’re cooking it.
With multiple burners, you have the option to cook your food in direct or indirect heat. You can have one side at 350 degrees, while leaving the other side cool for any carry-over cooking. There are 4 burners on this side of the grill, and in the back, there is a sear zone. This is an actual flame covered by a grate which will create a great sear on burgers, or a nice char on veggies.
Across the length of the top of the grill there’s a small rack where you can place any finished food, so it stays warm. We're not using it right now. The kicker, though, is the first thing that I see is when I open this up, the rotisserie bar goes all the way through. So that's infinite number of things that I can rotisserie all along, the whole grill, which seems fine in this side. You have the sizzle zones or the high sear zones in here I have one on in the center, just keeping everything warm.
If you open up the smaller right side of the grill, you can see there’s a rotisserie rack that goes all the way through both sides of the grill. That way you can move the rotisserie through both sides of the grill at once. You could rotisserie a chicken on the left while searing a steak on the right.
The separation with the two different lids on each side means you can cook two completely different things at two different temperatures without burning one or the other. We put a beer can chicken and a rack of ribs on the left to cook for 2 hours, and on the right, we grilled some onion and zucchini in just minutes. You don’t have to worry about space or things burning with this.
