How To Bake Asparagus
We’re going to show you how to make some amazing baked asparagus. We're roasting this in the Wolf E Series Transitional 30" Stainless Steel Built In Single Electric Wall Oven. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. If you don’t have convection, you can still follow this recipe. The difference in convection ovens from normal oven is it will use three cooking elements: broiler, bake, and a fan that blows all around the inside of the oven. It will heat up both the top and the bottom of the asparagus giving it an even cook. So, it's crispy, but tender and perfect inside.
Place your asparagus down on a cooking sheet. You can line this with parchment if you want to make cleaning up easier. Since convection is a dry heat method, we add 1 tablespoon of oil to add some fat. Then add ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of salt. For additional flavor, you could even add Montreal steak seasoning which will give it a peppery yet fiery finish. We chose to add about ¼ teaspoon of this as well.
Make sure to space your asparagus out on the tray so each one gets an even cook. The convection oven will also add some steam and moisture back into the asparagus. Bake these on 350 degrees for 10 – 15 minutes.
Out of the oven, these crisped up on the top, and were soft and tender on the inside. They still were able to hold their form and not end up too soft that they break apart.

¼ tsp montreal steak seasoning

1 tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp olive oil
Instructions:

Pre- heat oven to 375 degrees

In sheet pan place asparagus add salt, pepper , olive oil and montreal steaks

Make sure asparagus is coated evenly

Bake 10 to 15 minutes until tender
