Galley Workstation Taco Bar | Quick & Easy Tacos
We are on the Galley Workstation, building some quick and easy wagyu tacos. All of our topping are placed in the serving boards. We’re going to show you every piece that the Galley offers. The workstation is just incredible.
Before starting, we’ve rinsed and prepped our wagyu ground beef. Using this layout, we’re able to display over ten toppings for my tacos. The Galley gives you unlimited serving and entertaining area. You can do a buffet, clean your dishes, use it as a sink, but you can also use it as prep.
We have setup all of the taco essentials. Each compartment varies in shape and depth, which allows for multiple configurations. In this application, we’ve diced up onion, cherry tomatoes, and my other toppings using the cutting board. On this workstation you have the capability to slide the two-tier racks and condense space. You could also use that as a colander to rinse your pasta or there's a bin for chilled beverages. But for now, we're talking about tacos. We are going to start by adding coleslaw.
Once again, this gives you unlimited cooking potential. The workstation makes life a breeze. Moving on to toppings, we will add onions and our wagyu beef. Next is the black bean salsa, and a little bit of cheese. Finishing off, we will add green peppers, onion, and some guacamole. The individual compartments leave everything separate for dietary needs. So, you don't leave anybody out.
