Working on controls

Perfect!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Absolutely obsessed with this fridge. It has so much space and all the shelving and drawers help us to stay super organized. The water and ice dispenser is great and the filtered water tastes so smooth. My favourite feature is the measured water fill so I can set it and walk away to have a cup full of the perfect amount of water for recipies.

Water issues/ Lack of freezer shelves
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This frig came with our new house. Frome the outset, water did not come through to the ice maker/ door dispenser (yes, the water line was connected). A tech came out and replaced a valve, but there was a pinhole in the line, spewing water. The line was replaced, but it still didn't work. 2 days later, another tech came to fix it...he was very good! Tested everything along the water path and found a different valve that was inoperative and replaced it. Finally seems to be functioning properly!!! Third time was a charm! Unfortunately, the freezer has brackets for shelving, but doesn't actually have very many shelves.

Much better than my previous fridge

Far superior!

Easy to see everything in the fridge and the freezer. Ice make work great!(unlike that Samsung garbage). I'm extremely happy thus far.

Great space configuration.

Great options

I replaced the side-by-side with a different brand French Door fridge and disliked it from the start. It lasted about the same amount of time. But now I went back to this side-by-side. I can see everything again. Back to whirlpool

Great features!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator about a month ago, and I love all of the great features. However, unfortunately, the mechanism that dispenses the ice broke into pieces and needs to be repaired. Nothing is perfect, so I'm sure that once this is repaired, all will be great again.
