Love it....except
This is a great refrigerator, just exactly what I wanted, except... Juice was spilled on the shelf and not wiped up right away, so it soaked under the white frame around the glass shelf. I removed the shelf from the refrigerator, but there was no way to get the glass part of the shelf out of the frame, so the only way to clean it was soak it in the bathtub and then let it dry. I couldn't dry it co...
Design Flaw Creates Pooling Water in Fridge
We purchased this fridge two years ago and about a month ago we had our fridge overflow not noticing that we had water pooling from the vegetable drawer. Now, every few days we have to literally dump water out of the vegetable drawer and soak up water on the bottom of the fridge. So disappointing. I have been looking at information about this fridge and discovered it is a common problem and not un...

Samsung - fix your ice maker issues
Ice makes freezes over and refrigerator stops working. Re-set takes several days and then problem just happens again. Samsung has issues with ice makers freezing over! This happened to my other Samsung fridge.

Don't buy this model
Worst product. Defrosting do not work properly and freezes your main compartment. In just 3 years cooling is gone and possibly need to buy new one.

Nice fridge - until the flooding
This was a nice fridge for my family until water started to pool at the bottom of the fridge part and freeze... then I was plunged into a mess of terrible Samsung repair work and customer support. If you're out of warrantee, just find a local repair company you can trust to get the job done fairly and save yourself the hundreds on repair work that creates more repair work that they make you pay for. You might think that going to Samsung to get the experts in the hardware out to fix it makes sense, but if the repair causes more problems, Samsung's not going to help. After a Samsung contractor comes out to fix our icing problem, we pay about $500, and then we find the ice machine stopped. Not a big problem right? But something to look up in the manual in a few days. Then one morning, I go into my basement and there's water dripping from the ceiling and water all over the floor... and it's streaming down from the back of the fridge on the floor above. I call Samsung support and suggest that the repair appears to have created this unintended side effect and ask that they come out and fix the leaking. Long story short, it's several hours of back-and-forth texting and a revolving door of support people (all of which are talking smack about one another) - and they want me to pay for more service visits and repairs. Doesn't matter if a repair causes more problems - you're on the hook for each repair visit. Just avoid the struggles and go with a different fridge vendor with decent repair and customer service teams.

Worthless
Have had this fridge for approximately 5 years and to this date I regret purchasing this fridge…. The bottom drawer doesn’t open fully, water leaks into my vegetable /fruit bin and also on the bottom of drawers… had it serviced for this reason and only lasted 6 months… back to doing the same thing… Do not recommend at all

Poorly made and designed refrigerator
I bought this product 3 years ago and both the left side door and top shelf are broken. This refrigerator is poorly made. The glass can not be removed from the shelves for cleaning. Therefore any liquid that is spilled on a shelf, if it seeps under the glass shelf, it can not be cleaned. That's very unsanitary. Additionally, the left side door opening attached recently broke. I live by myself so the wear and tear on this refrigerator is minor. There is no reason the door opening attachment should break from simply opening and closing the door. It is poorly made. For the amount of money paid for this refrigerator, this should not have happened.

Leaks
This refrigerator starts leaking water. Under The fruit baskets

Buyer beware
Worst Samsung product I've owned. It's not deep and has little height for the shelves. Plus it leaks water.

Horrible - maybe worth it if you don’t cook
We bought a house with this fridge and we absolutely hate it. The model we have was purchased in 2017 and it is already broken. Ice forms at the bottom of the fridge and floods the vegetable drawers making the food rot faster. This happens every week. Additionally the storage space is quite limited - it’s very hard for just the two of us to buy enough groceries for ourselves. Not to mention the ice maker in the freezer takes up a ludicrous amount of space and sometimes prevents you from closing the freezer which allows the food to thaw if you don’t notice (the fridge doesn’t alert you if you leave the freezer door open a smidge) I also dislike that the front of the fridge is not magnetized, but I’ll admit that is probably personal preference. Would not recommend.

Good looks Bad execution
As said below it looks great but the ice maker started dropping water into bins making frost then ice maker completely went dead.

Fridge Replaced and Still failed
first fridge had a complete power failure. we lost power and their crappy circuit board had the fuse blow first power bump. nothing else in my house has ever failed from loss of power. they replaced it. the second one has that stupid leaking defroster like everyone else has where it freezes back up and ruins everything in the crisper. luckily my state forces them to maintain an implied warranty for 13 years due to 13 years being the useful life of a fridge. look up the nahb " study of life expectancy of home components. take them to small claims court and get your money!

Didn't know I could hate a refrigerator
i had no idea i could ever hate a refrigerator. all is has to do is cool food and not leak, right? samsung has changed my opinion. it is possible to hate an appliance. to hate the fact that water regularly pools under the vegetable drawers, including the time it leaked out, and ruined my wood floors. to hate that the ice from the ice maker routinely melts in its bucket and then refreezes, leaving a giant block of ice to hate that ice cubes fall down the back of the freezer and fly out across the kitchen every time i open the freezer. to hate the hundreds of dollars i've already spent trying to fix the water pooling under the drawers. if you can possibly find another refrigerator that is the same size, do it. this one will make you angry every time you open it.
