Whether red or white, Plum delivers the perfect glass.

90-Day Preservation

Plum’s motorized system pierces the foil and closure, pressurizing the bottle with argon gas. Plum extracts the wine when you’re ready to drink it, in customized servings, for up to 90 days.

Any Bottle, Any Closure

Plum works with any standard 750ml bottle of wine with any closure, including natural cork, engineered cork, artificial cork and even metal screw caps.

Individually Chilled

Plum’s two separate cooling chambers set the perfect serving temperature for each varietal, so you can have sauvignon blanc at 46 degrees and cabernet at 66 degrees.

Fully Automated

Plum identifies your wine, chills it to its ideal serving temperature and preserves it for up to 90 days, so you can enjoy the perfect glass at a single touch.

7" Touchscreen

Plum’s 7-inch, full-color IPS touchscreen lights up with a proximity sensor, and displays labels and key information about the wine.

Auto Clean

Plum has a built-in automated cleaning system, so it's always ready to pour the perfect glass.
