Disappointed

I bought this range on May 12, 2025 and it got delivered on May 17, 2025. So far, I'm disappointed with it's performance. Asides the fact that it's basic, the two back burners (the small ones) are super slow. It takes forever to heat a pan and I'm not sure if they can cook anything because I have not had the patience to wait. I've had to move my cooking to the front burners which have ultra heat. To think that I bough this to replace my old LG range because only 2 of 4 burners were working. Now, buying a new one, only 2 of 4 burners seem to be working. I will be grateful if a return can be facilitated.

Fire starter

I can’t say enough DO NOT buy this oven. I have had mine for about a year, the element went bad and smoke started pouring out of it. Upon further investigation the insulation inside was burned and it was literally burning from the inside. I’m lucky I was able to get it out of my home. Please buy a different brand!! It might just save your life.

Good but already having replacement parts

We do enjoy the range, it cools quick on the burners however it can get very messy in the glass top. I love the oven itself is amazing and cooks quite well. We have already had to have LG replace a burner which is odd since it is Brand New

Very Disappointed with my LG Range

My range is about 3 years old now….it’s the LG Electric Range model LREL6321, and it’s a terrible range. Within the first year the “painted” numbers designed to indicate the Lo, Med, Hi and in-between temp settings have completely disappeared, at the stove top controls… without the use of harsh cleaning products. The glass top has now faded from ordinary glass top cleaner products and the oven takes a minimum of 35 to 40 minutes to reach the required temperature needed, example when setting for 350 degrees, the stove dings within 5 minutes indicating it’s reached the required temp., but my manual thermometer I placed inside the oven reads 250 therefore making me wait the additional 30 minutes plus for the oven to reach 350. Also, when baking buns, the minute the buns are placed in the oven the temperature drops 25 degrees….very difficult to control. NOT RELIABLE WHAT-SO-EVER. Very disappointed with the product. Wishing we could have researched more to find out more about this product.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an LG oven from about 10-15 years ago, it was nicer than this new one, except the smart oven part. I prefer the digital buttons from older range compared to this newer model. The bought drawer is flimsy compared to my previous one and very small compared to previous one. No room to grip top of the drawer to pull out and does not pull out smoothly at all. The previous range drawer glided easily.

Garbage Work Results in Garbage Product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately bought this because Ioved the blue interior! The bottom drawer was super flimsy though and we don't use it. We've only had it for two years and the oven has stopped heating properly. I bought am o en thermometer to keep track and anything set below 400 goes down to 175-200. We bought a new sensor and replaced it to see if that would fix the problem but it didn't. Our neighbor bought the exact stove around the same time we did and theirs stopped working altogether. Only two years for an oven to work for this much money? What a garbage company. They should be ashamed of themselves. How embarrassing for them.

Best stove EVER!!!

This stove is absolutely great! Love the 2 sizes of burners on the front elements. I can't believe how quickly the oven heats up compared to our old one. Ordering online, paying and delivery were all so easy! I would definitely recommend this one!!

Great interior color

I love the bright blue interior and I love the little tunes it plays when preheated. So far, so good!
