This place was great. Unknowingly stopped by the showroom after they closed on Friday, but the salesman still helped us without complaint. Got a new freezer ordered up and delivery scheduled for the next Tuesday. Delivery guys were awesome and professional. Got the new freezer brought in and were careful not to scratch it going through the doorway. They set everything up and made sure it was installed correctly. On the way out the door, one of the gentleman said to “have a blessed day”. The whole delivery process was super smooth and made me smile. Definitely recommend Don’s Appliances. Much better than the big brand stores.

David Argent Great experience with Don's Appliances from start to finish!! I worked with the salesman, Troy, who took the time with me regarding the purchase of my new refrigerator. Very helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable. Made the purchase early Friday morning, and today is Saturday and the delivery guys left about an hour ago. Jeron (and not sure of the other delivery man's name), were absolutely wonderful. They did what was needed to get my old fridge out the door and bring in my new one without any problems whatsoever. Very cautious and careful with my home and furnishings. Not to mention, they were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Don's Appliances and will definitely make future purchases exclusively with them!

The delivery Associates actually arrived early after calling to verify, were extremely polite. They even had to remove the door to bring in the refrigerator and they acted like it was no problem at all. This is the fourth appliance I have bought through Don's Appliances and I have been consistently impressed with their sales person, Troy, and the delivery people. I would definitely recommend.

Don’s Appliances provided a washer and drier for our rental prior to the move and then all the remaining appliances for our new kitchen. They had everything we wanted, delivered on-time, without any issues/ no damage and at a great price. Their staff was great with recommendations and working with our builder to provide correct additional items like the range hood and garbage disposal that were not part of the manufacturers appliance suite. I would recommend them without hesitation.
