We cannot ship anything to P.O. boxes, and we need to wait on credit card authorization and verification before we can process and ship your item(s). What measures are you taking to protect against COVID-19?
- The safety of our customers and the safety of our staff is of the utmost importance to us. This is why we sanitize our showroom between each customer visit. This includes the parts of appliances that are touched often, like handles, appliance surfaces, doors, knobs, etc. We have also implemented a “no handshake” policy, we will provide at least 6 feet of personal space, and our team will wear masks. How do I request a service appointment for my appliance repair?
- Take advantage of our
appliance services by filling out arequest form oremailing us . We will contact you to set a date, and the day before your appointment, we will notify you of a three-hour window by a phone call or text. If requested, our technicians will call you before they arrive. They will have everything they need to protect your home and service your appliance.
