From the sales person who took my order over the phone, to the dear lady who was in contact with the entire time up to and post delivery and the two gentlmen who installed it, I was surrounded with people whose main goals were to deliver excellant products and make the customer happy. They all were so polite and knowledgeable. There wasn't one question they could not answer and they never show signs of being tired of answering them. The gentlemen who installed were very good. No slacking and idle time for them. When finished, they went over the dishwasher functions with me and all other little perks about it. They made sure I was very comfortable with it. I assured them I was and with the entire process. I have fallen in love with Don's Appliance.

How do I request a service appointment for my appliance repair?

If you request, our technicians can contact you before they arrive. Your home and your appliance will be protected during the delivery.
