  • The online ordering, associate follow-up, delivery scheduling, conflict resolution, final delivery/removal and installation processes were excellent! We have steep steps that lead to our house which made the delivery difficult. On top of that the only way to get the refrigerator into the house was through the front window. The delivery had to be rescheduled once but they sent two crews on the second visit and they handled it without any issues. Thank you to everyone involved especially the delivery crews. Even though my order had gone through, when Maria notified me that the appliances I chose weren't in stock and would take several weeks for delivery, she listened to what we needed and immediately gave me all our options for in stock items so I could choose from those. Then she processed the new order and a refund for the difference, and everything was resolved super quickly & easily. The delivery was quick & easy as well.
