The online ordering, associate follow-up, delivery scheduling, conflict resolution, final delivery/removal and installation processes were excellent! We have steep steps that lead to our house which made the delivery difficult. On top of that the only way to get the refrigerator into the house was through the front window. The delivery had to be rescheduled once but they sent two crews on the second visit and they handled it without any issues. Thank you to everyone involved especially the delivery crews. The one crew was at the house both times and they were very professional and experienced. I would recommend Don's Appliance to anyone looking to get new appliances!!

My dishwasher died after many great years of service. I looked for a quick delivery time for an appliance that had all that I wanted which in these unprecedented times is not easy. Don's Appliances had exactly what I was looking for with a very quick delivery day and time. Their website provided plenty of comparable items and the staff was ready to answer all my questions. Not only did Don's Appliances have what we needed, but Maria Sherman was a tremendous help. Even though my order had gone through, when Maria notified me that the appliances I chose weren't in stock and would take several weeks for delivery, she listened to what we needed and immediately gave me all our options for in stock items so I could choose from those. Then she processed the new order and a refund for the difference, and everything was resolved super quickly & easily. The delivery was quick & easy as well. They arrived on time and the appliances were in perfect condition.

I knew the delivery of my new LG refrigerator would be tough. Tight stairwell to the second floor, ugh! Don's delivery guys were the best I have ever seen.
