How to Make Asparagus Soup | Creamy & Delicious
In this recipe we’re giving you a soup done in 5 minutes and 45 seconds in the Wolf Blender. To prep for this, we already roasted two bunches of asparagus (roughly 15 – 30 asparagus).
Then add three cups of vegetable stock to the blender first. Next, add one cup of half and half as well. Then a tablespoon of spicy brown mustard which will give it depth and a thicker base. For the spices add 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 ½ teaspoons of salt. For some sweetness I add 1 tablespoon of honey.
Great part about making soup in this blender is the revolutions heat up since they spin so fast that we actually get really hot soup. This with any type of vegetable soup. It's already getting warm, and there’s still a couple of minutes left.
After its done, take the lid off and try it to check consistency. An optional addition to this would be topping it off with some sour cream. This will make it thicker and creamier. You could also add mint to this for even more depth in flavors. Overall, this soup is sweet, sour, and creamy.

2 bu Roasted Asparagus

3 cups vegetable stock

½ cup half and half

2 tbsp spicy brown mustard

1 tsp kosher salt

1 dollop sour cream
Optional:
- Mint leaves
Method:

Place all ingredients in blender and secure lid tightly

Set blender to soup setting and monitor for 5 minutes and 45 second

Be careful in removing the lid because the soup will be hot

Place in bowl and garnish with sour cream and serve
