How to Make a Latte Macchiato | Bosch Coffee Maker
The Bosch coffee maker offers us a latte macchiato in just three simple steps. On this model, you just have to scroll over to the latte macchiato option, then press start. It's as simple that, making your morning coffee a breeze.
Before brewing, make sure you have everything you need to brew loaded up and ready to go. You’ll need every component working if you want to make your coffee. The beans go in an airtight contained on the top right, and there is a tank for your water on the left side that will need filled.
The milk stores in a thermos on the right side, so you don’t have to worry about that spoiling right away. You will want to store this in your fridge whenever you’re not using it. Luckily this is easy to detach, just take the straw out and twist the lid shut. If you fill your water and milk containers all the way, there should be enough for about 3 to 5 cups of coffee depending on what size you select in the brewing process.
Once you know everything is filled, close the door, and place your mug or glass below the dispenser. You’ll want to make sure your cup is in the middle so both sides of the dispenser shoot into your cup, and not all over your coffee maker. This won’t just monitor the brew of your coffee, it will actually allow you to decide how hot you want it to brew, the strength, and how much. You can choose anywhere from warm, to piping hot.
The different strength options determine how the machine will grind the coffee. For stronger coffee it will grind the beans courser, and for mild coffee it will make them finer. You can then pick anywhere from 2 ounces to 12 ounces depending on the size of your cup. The only other thing you want to make sure you do is fill up your coffee beans, water, and milk, in their respective compartments.
It will first steam the milk into the cup, which will give us froth on top. It will then mix in the coffee, making this equal parts milk and coffee. The froth will rise to the top, and the coffee and milk will incorporate together for the perfect latte macchiato.
