    All About Wolf Wall Ovens

When choosing a Wolf wall oven, there are four different wall oven series to choose from. Choosing the right oven for you will depend on the size and features that you are looking for. Here are the four different series that Wolf offers.

    M Series

This series wall oven will go with any style of kitchen. Whether your kitchen is traditional, transitional or contemporary, this wall oven will go perfectly in your kitchen design. This wall oven has three different styles. If you want to go with the contemporary look, the M series D030CM has a handleless wall oven. You simply push the center of the stainless for the oven to drop down. If you prefer the professional look, you can get this wall oven with the professional handles and the iconic red knobs.

Lastly, you choose the transitional style. This oven has a touch control panel, and a tubular handle. No matter which style you go with, the M series wall oven offers the same features. All the ovens have 10 cooking modes. Some of these modes are proof, warm, dehydrate and stone, and many more. Another feature is the gourmet feature. This has 50 preset cooking options to choose from and tells you how to cook your food. It will tell you where to position your rack, the correct cooking mode, and it will adjust the temperature on its own. This wall oven also has a 5.1 cu. Ft. interior and a probe. You no longer have to keep opening the oven door to see if your food is done. The probe will alert you when your food is fully cooked.

    E Series

This series does not have a touch control panel, unlike the M series. This wall oven has the control panel on the front. This oven, the DO30PE comes in either the tubular or professional handle. This will let you match the rest of your Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. The E series will make sure that the oven is always at the right temperature throughout your cooking. When cooking a tray of cookies in most ovens, you have to rotate them so they do not burn. The dual convection fans rotating will make sure your cookies are being baked evenly. This will make sure that your cookies are perfect each bake.

If you decide to go with the double oven, DO30PE, you will have 10 cooking modes on the top oven, and four in the bottom oven. These 10 cooking modes are the same offered in the M series. The E series has Wolf’s signature cobalt blue interior. This wall oven comes with three adjustable racks, a standard rack, a full- extension easy-glide rack, and a full extension glide rack. You can put any of these racks in any position in the cavity of the oven. Some of the convenient features of this wall oven are self-clean, delayed start, timed cook, and Sabbath mode settings.

    L Series

This wall oven, SO36U/S is a 36” wall oven. Just like the M and E series, this wall oven has the same 10 cooking modes. This wall oven has an unframed door giving it a contemporary look. You can only get the tubular on this oven. Just like the E series, this oven has the probe, dual convection fans, and the cobalt blue interior. If you are looking for a big single wall oven, the L series is the perfect option for you.

    Convection Steam Ovens

This is a newer oven that Wolf came out with that combines steam and convection. The steam oven comes in both the E and M series. Just like the M series wall ovens, you have three different looks to choose from. If you want the steam oven to match the M series oven mentioned above, you would get the CSO30CM/S. These steam ovens will be available January 2019. You can bake bread, roast prime rib, and reheat your leftovers bringing back steam. With this oven, you can stack it above a single wall oven, or install it on its own. Steam ovens are a healthier way to cook. When you are heating up vegetables, they are losing their vitamins. A steam oven will retain up to 22% more vitamins in your vegetables. This will give your veggies the nutrients and moist flavor that they are supposed to have.

Just like the M series ovens, the steam oven has a gourmet mode. You will chose the correct cooking mode based off of what you are cooking. This oven will adjust the cooking temperature and time based on what is in the oven. It will sense the size of the food and adjust the control accordingly. This steam oven can turn stale bread into a fresh moist piece, and even bring moisture and flavor back into your leftover Chinese food. Another feature is the delay start. You can program this oven to a certain time you want the oven to start. It will even adjust the cooking process on its own too. It is becoming more popular getting a single wall oven and steam oven since it is a healthier way of cooking.

As you can see, Wolf offers plenty of different wall ovens to choose from. Depending if you want a more traditional, transitional, or contemporary look, Wolf will have the right wall oven for you. If you a bigger single oven, the L series will be perfect. Or if you want to add a steam oven in your kitchen or even place it above a wall oven; you can do that as an option as well. These wall ovens are built to last over 20 years and are an excellent choice no matter which series you choose.
