This is our second time to buy at Don’s Appliances. When we put in our new kitchen 3 years ago, it was a cinch picking out the built-ins we wanted. So many more options and staff way more knowledgeable than at the big-box stores. So of course when our washer died, we chose to return to Don’s. It’s a slightly farther drive but worth it for sure!

And then they worked hard to get delivery day and time that worked well for us. We would never have gotten this kind of service and patience from any of the big box stores. We had a wonderful experience working with Don's Appliances from our initial research through installation. We were in need of a new washing machine & decided to bundle with a new dryer as well. Maria Sherman (sales associate) was quick to address all of our questions/ concerns as we compared various makes/ models of machines. The online ordering process was easy & smooth. I also appreciated being able to track our delivery driver's progress & ETA. Gabriel & his coworker arrived right on time, according to the tracker's ETA. They were very polite & worked efficiently to remove our old 2nd floor washing machine & dryer. I was impressed with the care they took to avoid any damage to our walls in our tricky staircase. The same care was used during the delivery & installation of our new washing machine & dryer to the 2nd floor. Gabriel ran a cycle with each machine to ensure they were working properly. 10 out of 10 overall experience!

I recently purchased a Whirlpool oven from Duggan’s, and I must say, from start to finish, the entire purchase and delivery was super! At the store I explained to the salesman exactly what I was looking for. He did not attempt to upsell me, was very Pleasant and fully understood what I I completed the in-store purchase and we set up a date for the delivery!! I sincerely cannot say enough about the two employees who delivered my oven. They were simply outstanding. They took the time to make sure that the entryway was cleared upon entering my home. They did not rush in any way to ensure that they did not discuss the walls or the floors while making the delivery. And lastly, they took the time to ensure that the new oven was leveled in its place! Simply put, outstanding customer service. If you are in need of any type of appliance, I would highly recommend them!

We discovery that our refrigerator was not functioning Sunday morning hours before I was scheduled to leave on another business trip. I only had time to go to one place to look for a new frig, I chose Don’s Appliance. They had the selection and the expertise. I selected a new refrigerator and an quick instillation date. They came Tuesday on time. They were extremely courteous to my wife and her assistant. They were careful, knowledge and able to problem solve on the spot. My wife was extremely pleased with the care they took not to damage surrounding walls or equipment. They did an excellent job.

Dealing with Andrew at Don's Appliance on McKnight Road was a great experience. Having your washer break down is never a good thing but he made the replacement process as easy as it could have been. He's very knowledgeable and we had a new washer and dryer within a few days. Delivery was also very well organized and efficient. We went to Don's Appliance because of their excellent reputation and several recommendations.

I purchased a new kitchen refrigerator/freezer side by side from Don's. Don's exceedingly capable service tech, Dan, had tried to keep it running over the last 2-years, but after 31 years of making cold, it finally was time to move on. So off to McKnight Road I went to revisit Jared who previously sold me a dishwasher. Working with Jared was great, selecting the right choice, making sure it met our needs and that it would fit into the built in space. Once purchased, the Don's logistical team was skilled in all ways as to scheduling, follow up, and notices as to that day's delivery. Don's install crew was wonderful. I say Don's because they were not a third party subcontracted out. These 3 young men quickly removed my very large unit with no problem and installed the next one with care making sure it fit a tight space. Prior to leaving I was briefed on the unit's operation and they cleaned up nicely. Total time in and out was 1 hour. Their professional nature is a credit to Don's. So why purchase from Don's versus the DIY big boxes? You get 3 point consistent service, from sales, installation and repairs, all in the same expert package. Can't say that for the big boxes.

I’m incredibly grateful for the outstanding customer service I received—even as someone who isn’t a customer. I called to ask about getting a service call for my fridge, and although they were backed up, the person I spoke with went above and beyond to help. They not only pointed me in the right direction but also provided clear guidance on how to reach the right people from the manufacturer. They even gave me the manufacturer’s helpline number.
