What makes Don's Appliances' customer service model different than other retailers?

Don's differs from other retailers because our customers are with us from beginning to end. We do not outsource for delivery or service, so you're with a Don's Appliances employee throughout your whole experience. We are a family owned company that values every customer that walks through the door.

What is your favorite aspect of sales and building relationships with customers?

I truly love what I do. So, I want that to show through the work I do. I value building a relationship with my customers and assisting every step of the way. There is no better feeling than when a customer calls to thank you for helping them make their dream kitchen a reality.

How do you think online reviews influence the buying decisions of customers?

We live in a society where the majority of research for products, restaurants, and even companies is done online. Consumers now have instant access to see reviews from other consumers for the products purchased, and their experience overall with a company. Being reviewed positively helps a potential consumer put that company above other competitors. Here at Don's we appreciate customers taking the time to share their experience with us.

What is your favorite aspect of sales and building relationships with customers?

My favorite aspect of sales at Don's is the variety of people I get to work with on a daily basis, no two customers or days are alike! I pride myself on listening to my customers and finding the best appliances to fit their needs.

How do you think online reviews influence the buying decisions of customers?

More and more people go online to check the reviews of Don's previous customers, the reviews give the stability and trustworthiness of our sales staff, delivery team, service and company as a whole. People want to feel comfortable when making a big purchase and our reviews reflect that to a tee.
